The Ronnie Ron Jazz Trio features keyboard player Ron Poster. The Trio will be performing a variety of works from classic composers such as George Gershwin, Cole Porter and Duke Ellington. Ron Poster is the organist at the Boston Bruins games at TD Banknorth.
Sugarfoot Horns are familiar to Faire in the Square goers from past years. The seven members of Sugarfoot bring an exciting mix of high-energy musical numbers.
Guitar virtuoso Chad LaMarsh is new to the Faire this year. Chad began performing solo by age ten. He’s now a Berklee grad and performs extensively around New England. He plays an exciting mix of country, rock, and jazz.
Phunk Phenomenon is another Faire regular. This exciting dance group performs all around Boston. Based in Everett, they are a non-traditional dance studio whose mission is to reach out to today’s youth through the art of urban dance.
Retro Factor will entertain the crowds with their wonderful selection of golden oldies.
The history of the New England jazz scene is represented in the Al Vega Trio. Al has been performing throughout the Boston area since 1938. Called “Boston’s Living Legend of Jazz, Al Vega is bringing his “Frank Sinatra Tribute” to Watertown.
Another Faire favorite is Midlife Crisis. This Wayland-based group consists of five mid-lifers who will perform your favorites from the Beatles to Billy Joel, The Stones to Santana. The bank features Charlie D’Ambrosio on rhythm guitar, Bob Lutz on bass, Jamie Pierce on sax, Steve Robb on lead guitar and Bill Winder on drums.
North Shore A Cappella and Street Magic A Capella both return to the Faire this year with their beautiful melodies.
